Our Pre-Paid Repair / Replacement Service includes the BigKeys keyboard repair or replacement, as well as shipping both ways.  Available in continental U.S. only.

Here's how it works:

1. We send you a shipping carton for your BigKeys keyboard, and a pre-paid return shipping label.

2. You pack your BigKeys in the carton, tape it securely, and attach the return shipping label.

3. Drop your package at any UPS box or UPS shipping center, or give it to any UPS driver.

4. We'll repair or replace your BigKeys keyboard, and return it to you.
