Unlike less reliable keyboards, if your BigKeys keyboard should fail, it can be repaired. We have a Repair Department and are happy to service even out-of-warranty BigKeys keyboards.

Please have your BigKeys keyboard in front of you when you call.

 

We'll tell you how to locate the keyboard's Serial Number, which will tell us the manufacture date of your keyboard. We may also want to "troubleshoot" with you over the phone, to help determine the problem.
