BigKeys On-Line Store Returns Policy

 

Please call to arrange return of a BigKeys keyboard purchased through our On-Line Store.

We'll issue an RMA number, which must be included with your return in order for you to receive credit. (800) 249-5397, 9am-6pm EST.

  • Warranty Returns: If your BigKeys keyboard is defective, or, if within the warranty period, your BigKeys keyboard stops working in some way (given reasonable "wear and tear"), we'll fix it or replace it, free. Non-Warranty Returns

  • Non-Warranty Returns: Within 30-days of purchase, BigKeys products can be returned to us for a refund if they are unused: in "like new", resellable condition. Full credit will be issued, less a $20 Re-Stocking Fee and original shipping costs

BigKeys LX Keyboard Warranty period: 5 years*

BigKeys Plus Keyboard Warranty period: 1 year

 

BigKeys Keyboards Limited Warranty

Greystone Digital warrants the BigKeys keyboards which it manufactures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period from the date of original retail purchase. Greystone Digital will replace any defective BigKeys keyboard, provided that the keyboard is returned, shipping prepaid, to Greystone Digital, during the warranty period.

 

To obtain a Warranty replacement, contact Greystone Digital for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping information.

 

This Limited Warranty does not extend to any products that have been damaged as a result of accident, misuse, abuse or as a result of service or modification by anyone other than Greystone Digital. This limited warranty does not extend to the use of this product with any equipment other than the equipment for which it is designed.

 

*Note about 5 year warranty period:

 

Five (5) year warranty period for BigKeys LX keyboards applies only in the U.S., for BigKeys LX keyboards purchased after January 1, 2007. Otherwise, one (1) year warranty period applies.
